Lesson #2

Keeping tabs

It is important to record the results of your blood and urine tests in order to tell how well you are taking care of your diabetes. In the past, many people used record books or notebooks that they could then bring in to the doctor's office. People also may record various symptoms. All these signs will help a doctor or nurse adjust your insulin shots or eating plan.

Lucky for you, right here at savvyHEALTH.com, one of our proprietary tools will let you record your results and symptoms. The tool not only keeps track of your progress, but will graph it for you and provide you with customized feedback as well. In case you hadn't guessed, this leads us right into Assignment #2 for this week.

Assignment #2

Click here and register and use our diabetes management tool(DMT). There's nothing else quite like it out there. Isn't technology grand? By providing you with patient-specific feedback, the DMT will help you and your doctor keep better tabs on your diabetes.

Assignment #3

Try your luck at the Quiz. Even if you got 10 out of 10 on the last one, you'll be amazed at how much your brain can retain.

Until next week!!!
