Welcome Back! In the last lesson we went over basic information pertaining to diabetes. And now we're on to the fun stuff: taking care of your diabetes every day. In this lesson, we'll cover nutrition, exercise, diabetes medicines, monitoring blood sugar and tracking your diabetes.
