Achieve Connect technology offers a complete proprietary communications infrastructure that enables secure email, instant messenging, and live chat between patients, their families, and their providers.

Achieve Connect technology also generates care alerts, custom reports which assist a member's entire health care team by tracking user's progress and alerting health care providers to emerging trends before patients become critical.

Savvyhealth currently supports internet-based data exchange and plans to support PDA, WAP and Fax modalities in the future. We are also in the process of establishing relationships with internet-enabled medical device manufacturers to offer direct-to-device connectivity.
