Treatment:

Only your doctor can prescribe the right treatment for you. His or her decision will be based on a variety of factors, including your current health status, your family history, and your stage of hypertension. The appropriate treatment may consist of diet modification, increased exercise, medication, or a combination of these. Remember, even though you don't necessarily feel sick doesn't mean your body doesn't need some attention and care. In the following lessons, we'll give you some tips on how to incorporate a healthy diet and more exercise into your already busy life, as well as give you some tips on how to remember to take that oh-so-important medication!
